An odd name for a fantastic and overlooked cross country ski classic boot. Intended for the elite marathon skiers that only double pole, but careful observers may have noticed that in World Cup sprint races that may skiers are opting for classic boots with hinged cuffs, aka, Skiathlon boots, Duathlon boots, or the old term Combi boots. What’s not to like? Competition weight, a super smooth sole flex for diagonal stride, yet with the hinged cuff from skate boots it has stunning downhill control. Who would like this boot?
